Service Description

Do you want to add some transitions to the floor and back up to standing, but find yourself at a loss as to what to do? This workshop will teach you a range of transitions, including controlled drops, spins to the floor and some slinky ways to stand up. As this is a heels based class, Emily will also ensure you are comfortable with the correct technique to keep your toes and knees protected as we drop, spin and slink our way around the pole. You will gain the most from this workshop if you are able to lift yourself from the floor and are comfortable with split grip and basic spins. Heels required. Kneedpads recommended. For this class, you need to be comfortable dancing in your heels (chair spins, pirouettes, walks, step arounds), and able to lift you weight out of your heels. Pole sandals of 8 inches are highly recommended.

All workshop bookings are non refundable. You can sell your space if you are no longer able to attend. In this instance, please email Emily Laura (emilylaurayoung@hotmail.com) to advise of the change. This must be done at least 24hrs before the event. Failure to do so will result in non-admittance.
