Take a deep dive into all things pelvic floor and core. This 90 minute class covering breathing patterns and exercises, how to find your pelvic floor and engage it, what muscles make up your pelvic floor (it's more than you think) and core, how to engage the core as well as how to use breath, pelvic floor and core control together in movement.
This class is suitable for all levels including post-partum students who have been cleared for exercise.
Please have a mat, yoga blocks, a foam roller (optional), and some wall space.
