Introducing my Foot & Ankle Conditioning Series – designed to get you strong in your heels.

 

If you train in heels, or teach in heels, then this is the series for you! With over 65 exercises, you’ll finish this course with a wealth of knowledge and a range of drills to help you on your heels journey.

 

You’ll learn about the importance of your toes, how to engage and relax the arches of your feet, the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic feet muscles, drills to help prevent sickling, drills to support the side of your ankles, how your nerves can impact your heels development, how to target the different calf muscles … I could keep going. There’s a lot of information in this series.

 

Here’s exactly what you’ll get:

 

  • Over 65 exercises, taught over 3 hours of videos.

  • 5 videos covering: toes; arches and mid-foot; ankle inversion, eversion & lateral rotation; ankle plantar flexion & dorsi flexion heels based exercises.

  • 7 Suggested training plans comprising of: 3 one hour sessions (barefoot and heels); 3 thirty minute training sessions (barefoot and heels); 1 pre pole warm up session.

  • Anatomical explanations and breakdowns, helping you understand why as well as how.

  • All material to download and keep forever.

 

How does it work?

 

Over the 5 videos, I’ll take you through each of the exercises, giving you a full breakdown of how to do the drill as well as why we’re doing them. The series starts with the toes and arches, so you can build a solid foundation before progressing into the ankles. Each video details the number of repetitions recommended, so you can follow the videos as “play and pause” classes, especial;;y of you want to focus your conditioning on one area (Class 4 Pointe & Flex is pretty long!). Or you can use the suggested training plans for a well-rounded session. Or you can use the suggested training plans as a template to build your own sessions.

 

Can I keep the videos?

 

Of course! You just need to make sure that you download the videos within 3 months of purchase.

2. Navigate back to the series;

3. Press play on a video. An arrow should then appear in the bottom right corner.

4. Click the arrow to download.
